Description
Applicants for the Arbitration and Mediation Panels will be required to upload a resume/CV, cover letter, and one letter of recommendation. Applicants for the Mediation Panel will also need to upload documentation supporting their mediation training and experience.
As a neutral, you will have access to exclusive training opportunities, enhancing your skills and keeping you at the forefront of ADR practices.
Applicants should review the qualification criteria before applying, as they must meet the requirements to be considered for the Roster. Consequently, even candidates with strong credentials may not be added to our Roster.
Arbitrators and mediators on the AAA-ICDR Roster are subject to annual requirements, including ADR training and a yearly Panel Fee payment.
